Open-source · self-hosted · FURS-direct
Slovenian invoicing and FURS fiscalization — open-source, and yours.
blagajnica is a free, open-source, self-hosted alternative to Minimax — FURS-direct invoice fiscalization and e-SLOG e-invoicing, built for Slovenia’s 2028 mandatory e-invoicing. No per-transaction billing. No vendor lock-in. You hold your own data and certificate.
The problem
Three vendors for one shop — and a 2028 deadline the patchwork isn’t built for.
A typical Slovenian business runs invoicing as a patchwork: a storefront or accounting tool, a separate Minimax subscription billed per seat and per document, and a third step to fiscalize every sale with FURS. Three vendors, three bills, your data split across all of them — and none of it truly yours.
From 1 January 2028, Slovenia’s ZIERDED law makes B2B e-invoicing mandatory — structured e-invoices (e-SLOG), sent and received, not PDFs. A capped subscription plus a manual fiscalization bridge is not where you want to be standing when that lands.
What it does
The compliance core, without the subscription.
blagajnica is the focused fiscalization + e-invoicing engine a Slovenian business actually needs — the same compliance Minimax sells, self-hosted and FURS-direct.
FURS fiscalization, built in
Every invoice gets its ZOI protective mark and EOR reference, with the per-device number sequence and ZOI/EOR chain handled for you — talking straight to FURS, no middleman.
e-SLOG 2.0 e-invoices
Generate structured e-SLOG / UBL e-invoices, validated against the EN 16931 schema — the format Slovenia’s 2028 B2B mandate requires, not just a PDF.
Premises & devices
Register business premises (poslovni prostor) and electronic devices (elektronska naprava) with FURS — the foundation every fiscalized invoice depends on.
Self-hosted & open-source
Run it on your own infrastructure. The data, the invoice store and your FURS certificate stay with you — no vendor can switch it off, and there’s no lock-in.
No per-transaction billing
No per-invoice fees and no artificial monthly invoice cap. The cost is your own infrastructure, not a growth tax that scales with your sales.
A simple HTTP API
A small, clean API (issue → fiscalize → e-SLOG → printable QR) any system can call — your shop, your POS, a manual invoice, another app. One source of fiscal truth.
Ready for 2028
Built for the mandatory e-invoicing mandate — not scrambling for it.
Slovenia’s ZIERDED law (Uradni list RS 85/2025, transposing EU Directive 2025/516) makes structured B2B e-invoicing compulsory from 1 January 2028 — every registered business and sole trader must issue and receive e-invoices electronically. blagajnica is built on e-SLOG 2.0 from day one, so the mandate is a setting to switch on, not a migration to dread.

One open workspace: shop, point-of-sale, and compliance.
Fiscalization is the start. blagajnica is designed to sit at the centre of an open, self-hosted business stack — an online store and a point-of-sale that share the same fiscalization core, so a sale anywhere becomes a compliant invoice the same way. One workspace you own, instead of a row of subscriptions that don’t talk to each other.
blagajnica is open-source and in active development. The fiscalization and e-invoicing engine is built and self-hostable today against the FURS test environment; live submission needs your own eDavki certificate, and the commerce + POS pieces are coming together. We’ll always tell you plainly what’s ready and what’s on the roadmap.
